Privacy
Short version: your paper is made on your device, there are no accounts, and nothing about you is sold.
PDFs are made in your browser
The preview and the PDF are generated by code running on your device. Your settings and page titles are not uploaded to make the file.
Saved settings
To save you re-entering them, each template remembers your last settings in your browser’s localStorage, under keys that begin with gridforge:. They never leave your device. You can remove them at any time:
The “describe the paper” helper
If you type a description and press “Set it up”, that text (up to 400 characters) is sent to our server and on to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway, which turns it into settings. We do not store it. Don’t include personal information in it. We keep a short-lived, in-memory count of requests per IP address to prevent abuse; it is not logged or saved.
Analytics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It is cookieless and does not build advertising profiles.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data (such as IP address) to serve pages and protect the service.
